Terms of Service

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, coaching programs, live online classes, and in-person programs offered by Meridian Business Institute ("Meridian," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in a program, purchasing an offer, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

Meridian Business Institute provides business coaching, entrepreneurship training, and related educational programs to individuals and small teams worldwide, delivered through live online classes and in-person sessions. We are not a bank, broker, financial institution, or investment adviser, and nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enroll in a Meridian program. By enrolling, you confirm that the information you provide (name, email, contact details, payment information) is accurate and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms, whether on your own behalf or on behalf of a business you represent.

3. Programs and access

4. Payments

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout. We accept payment by card (Visa/Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, select cryptocurrencies, and Mercado Pago, depending on your location. Full payment (or the agreed installment) is required before access is granted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Conduct

Participants are expected to engage respectfully with coaches, staff, and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program, without refund, in cases of harassment, abuse, fraud, or conduct that disrupts the learning environment for others.

7. Intellectual property

All course materials, templates, recordings, and content provided as part of a Meridian program remain the intellectual property of Meridian Business Institute. Participants receive a limited, non-transferable license to use these materials for their own personal or business purposes. Materials may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without our written consent.

8. No guarantee of results

Meridian provides education, coaching, and guidance. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome, revenue, or result, as these depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, market conditions, and execution.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Business Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our programs or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

Meridian Business Institute operates as a global business, serving participants in multiple countries. These Terms are governed by generally recognized principles of international commercial practice, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence. Any dispute arising from these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith direct negotiation between the parties.
